New Home in Clarendon Hills

Our specialty is to work with our clients on the onset of them looking for their next home so that we can assess homes that aren’t in ideal condition, but are value priced and capable of a remodel that together is less cost than a turn key home. In this case our clients were looking for their new home in Clarendon Hills. We compared multiple homes that were on the market to assess price per sq. foot and once we found the one to move forward with we put a remodeling plan together.

The Home Remodel

We completed a complete kitchen gut, powder room movement and pantry walk-in creation, expanded laundry and mudroom, new front door, installed new hardwood flooring, painting, and staircase remodel.
