Garage Addition for Expansive Closet

We took this crawl space above the garage and expanded the dormer for a nice space off of the 2nd floor. Our clients in Burr Ridge were looking to create an expansive master closet complete with laundry space and organization. We finished the espresso cabinetry with a polished quartzite. On the exterior we matched the new brick on the dormer to the existing brick on the home’s exterior. What a great way to add extra storage and functionality with this garage addition.
