Buyer’s Agent and Remodel

We narrowed down our customer’s search for a home to buy in the Elmhurst area to a few options. This option was the most appealing because of the prospective layout of the kitchen, bathroom, and overall home remodel that they could do to make it all their own and within budget of what other homes were trying to offer, but without being able to customize to their needs and style. As general contractor, we demoed the majority of the 1st floor to create an open concept with the kitchen accessible to the dining room and back play area. Upstairs we did a bathroom re-design and remodel to utilize the space and update all of the fixtures.
