Transitional Exterior Update

We were hired to remodel our client’s front elevation exterior in Clarendon Hills. The current garage door openings were too small and the deck was not functional. We devised a plan to expand the openings to the garage, install new stone on the exterior for an updated look, and stabilize the retaining walls flanking the driveway.

Deck Remodel

The deck remodel consisted of installing a new draining system, framing out the deck to wrap all the way around to the side door, and new steps going off the side of the deck to the back yard. For the finishing touches, we installed new light fixtures (gooseneck was crying for a spot out front) and painted the exterior this gray blue.

The result? Symmetry, functionality, and style.
