Colonial to Nantucket

Our clients were looking to buy their home in the Hinsdale or Clarendon Hills area within a specific budget. Unfortunately there wasn’t anything in their price range that they saw as desirable. However, there was an opportunity to purchase an outdated home and renovate it (design to build) for just a shade under their budget (and exceed their expectations). Bonus!

The whole exterior got a complete overhaul, specifically the garage side. Including new siding (stone accents and hardiboard), garage doors, front patio, expansive deck, windows, lighting, driveway/walkway, and landscaping.

On the interior we created new bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor. On the first floor we created an open concept from the kitchen through the family room and then out onto the deck, which was perfect for them when hosting.
