In this Downers Grove home, Hyland Homes transformed a single hall bathroom into two beautiful spaces: a functional hall bathroom and a private master en suite.

Custom Bathroom Design

We designed a new layout, relocated the master bedroom door, and utilized space creatively for optimal functionality. The hall bathroom features white oak niches, child-friendly tile wainscoting, and a navy vanity from Houzz.com. The master en suite includes tumbled marble with green accents, Champagne Bronze fixtures, and quartz details for a luxurious feel. This remodel highlights Hyland Homes’ expertise in combining functional design with timeless aesthetics.
