The existing fireplace area was refreshed to enhance its aesthetic appeal while maintaining its functionality. We reworked the flanking cabinets, added custom-built shelving, and installed a beautiful white oak mantel, giving the space a warm, cohesive feel.

To brighten the home, we sanded and refinished the hardwood floors in a lighter shade, creating a more open and airy atmosphere. This subtle but impactful change ties together the home’s new modern look.

A Laundry Upgrade

One of the most unique aspects of this renovation was relocating the laundry to the third level, near the bedrooms. By reconfiguring space from the oversized bathroom, we were able to install stacked machines in a convenient new location, making laundry day much easier.
