Our clients were looking for a home in the western Chicago suburbs – young couple starting a family. Their needs were plentiful. They were looking to be located close to the Metra, nice yard, house with character, but also one that could be updated to their style. We came across this brick, 3 BR/1 ½ Bath in Elmhurst. The interior needed a lot of work—ranging from plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, strange did-it-themselves-projects, and more.
