New basement ambience…

Hyland Homes just finished a basement remodel project for their client who was looking to transform and update their basement to have a similar feel as the rest of their traditional home. We took this oversized basement — stripped it of the outdated bar and carpet galore, and created new spaces including an exercise room, man cave, and bar area.

Basement – After

This new area starts when you walk down the stairs with a nice, warm ambience from the light fixtures, custom industrial handrail, and new oak treads. From the now sealed concrete floors to the reclaimed barn wood on the walls, to the accent beams on the ceiling — this space is now perfect for entertaining!
