Transitional Style

Our client in Clarendon Hills purchased a new home in Clarendon Hills and was looking to renovate the basement. We worked with them to come up with a plan that added value, functionality, and style.

We reconfigured the basement bathroom to allow for more room in the laundry area. We finished the basement area where the previous laundry room resided and included wall to wall cabinetry and countertops for ample working space including a stainless steel undermount sink.

The family room got a complete overhaul including removal of the dropped ceiling, adding shiplap to the exterior walls, and installation of faux wood ceramic tile. Perfect place for gathering and watching TV.
