Tear Down and New Build

In this project we worked with an investor to secure this tear down property and complete a new construction home in Clarendon Hills. The existing home was a ranch home with unique constraints such as the shallow lot. Special features of the new construction home include three stories, au pair suite, and pergola out back. Beautiful space to raise a family on a quiet street in Clarendon Hills.
