1st Floor Home Remodel

This home remodel project in Clarendon Hills consisted of taking the 70s out of a truly beautiful two-story home. Hyland Homes transformed this living room  by modernizing the fireplace and refinishing the hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen was expanded into the dining room — creating an open floor plan from the kitchen to the dining room to the living room. The formal dining room received the revitalized corner cabinets, refinished floors, and crown molding throughout.
