Renovated Queen Anne Home

Our clients were looking to buy a home in La Grange, Illinois and were interested in a potential home renovation. We looked long and hard throughout La Grange and they decided on this beautiful Queen Anne home.

Once the papers were signed, we got to work on the renovation. On the first floor we removed an exterior wall down to create a more spacious kitchen layout. We took out the interior walls and put in beams that were wrapped and finished. New plumbing was installed for prospective projects on the second floor.

The walk down to the basement was finished with stained oak treads and painted foundation walls. The once dingy cellar, which was unusable nor functional space, was transformed into a recreation room with a full bathroom.
